In 1976, after having sailed for 15 years under the rank of captain, he landed and got married and got settled in Monterrey, NL Mexico. In 1977 he was granted the Mexican citizenship.

One of his achievements as shipping agent was selling the service of the containers that were introduced to Monterrey and Northeastern of Mexico.

Associates in 1983 to form an international transportation company, with representation from the shipping company APL (American President Lines) as General Manager and Cargo Agent.

Handling also a customs agency in customs of Nuevo Leon for a short period of time.

In the year of 1987 founds Extra Transporte, S.A. de C.V.; a company dedicated to the freight forwarding, with representatives in Europe, Asia, Central and South America, as well as support offices in Laredo, Houston, Los Angeles and other ports in the U.S. and Canada.

Mr. Hunziker given his vast experience came to be recognized as a pioneer in Freight Forwarding in Monterrey and the northern of Mexico. Given his extensive knowledge of shipping and ports, specializing in project management, chartering and oversized loads, and the maneuvers of loading and unloading of cargo.
